Are your products authentic Samyang products?

Yes! We are direct distributors of Samyang Foods Co., Ltd. All products are 100% authentic with original packaging.

What is the shelf life of your products?

All products have a minimum 1-year shelf life from production date. We always ship the freshest stock available.

How should I store the products?

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. No refrigeration needed for unopened packages.

Are Samyang products halal?

Most Samyang products are halal-certified. Specific certificates are available upon request.

📋 Order Management

Can I mix different products in one order?

Yes! You can mix different flavors within the same product category to reach the minimum carton quantity.

What if I receive damaged goods?

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items. We will arrange replacements or compensation.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified within 24 hours of placement. After production begins, changes may not be possible. Contact our support team immediately.

Do you provide documentation for customs?

Yes, we provide all necessary documents:
- Commercial invoice
- Packing list
- Certificate of origin
- Bill of lading
- Health certificates (upon request)

Do you offer dropshipping?

Currently, we focus on B2B wholesale with pallet minimums. We don't offer retail dropshipping services.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept: Bank transfer/TT, Letter of Credit (for large orders), Money Transfer (for smaller orders).

Are there any hidden fees?

No hidden fees. Our quotes include product cost. Shipping, insurance, and customs duties (where applicable) are calculated separately and communicated upfront.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

📦 Ordering & Shipping

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our standard MOQ is 1 pallet (80 cartons for noodles, 85 cartons for sauces). For first-time customers, we offer sample cartons at a slightly higher unit price.

How long does shipping take?

It depends on your location:
- Fastest: 3-5 days (air freight)
- Standard: 7-30 days (sea freight)

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to over 50 countries worldwide, including USA, Canada, UK, EU countries, Australia, UAE, and most Asian countries. Contact us for specific country availability.

Can I track my order?

Yes! We provide real-time tracking numbers for all shipments. You'll receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Do You offer Samples

It is rather unfortunate, we do not offer samples. These are original products and you get delivered what you pay for.
